A dynamic purchasing system for the provision of learning and skills development opportunities. The Dynamic Purchasing System has been active since March 2018 - this notice is being republished due to a move to a new e-tendering portal. In order to apply to join the Employment and Skills Dynamic Purchasing System, interested organisations will need to register for a login to YORtender to submit an application to become a pre-approved partner. The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge, at: https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ If you are interested in submitting an application to become a delivery partner please go to YORtender (https://yortender.eu-supply.com/). The procurement documents have been amended and republished to include the new website address. The reference number for the Employment and Skills Dynamic Purchasing System on the new tendering portal is 47772. All further competitions under the Employment and Skills Dynamic Purchasing System will take place on via https://yortender.eu-supply.com/ as of 1 January 2022, therefore existing delivery partners will need to ensure they are registered on the portal in order to receive invitations to further competitions.
