West Lothian Council (WLC) awards a contractor appointed under PfH Capitals Works, DPS Lot 7 Insulation, to a mini competition to deliver the following measure to participating households, in specific locations in West Lothian; • External Wall insulation of concrete No Fines properties The 2021/22 contract will target properties in selected streets in the Dedridge and Fauldhouse areas of Livingston which are made up of West Lothian Council owned houses as well as privately owned and/or rented houses. Please note that EES:ABS funding for 2021/22 has yet to be agreed. The contract will be awarded on a 50% quality and 50% price calculation, adopted from the PfH quality scores. Quality questions can be found in the attachments and must be completed along with the pricing schedule.
