Tender description

Organisations are invited to submit a contractor questionnaire to join a pseudo-framework (hereafter referred to as the framework) as permitted under the “light touch regime” of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This is being established by Sheffield City Council (hereafter referred to as the Council) for the continuance and development of the Alternative Provision programme. The intention is to create a network of providers which gives children and young people of participating schools and educational facilities in the city the opportunity to explore technical, employability and personal social development focused provision. The procurement is intended to put in place a flexible and responsive framework to enable the Council to realise this ambition.
