Tender description
<span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">Coming soon:</span> <span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)"> </span><span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">The Council will be seeking providers to deliver Care and Support Services only (excluding Facilities Management services) at three Residential and Nursing Homes and one Extra Care Facility in Croydon. The opportunity will be set out into two Lots and providers will be welcome to apply for Lot 1 (150 Residential and Nursing beds), Lot 2 (40 Extra Care flats) or both. </span> <span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)">The contract will be for an initial 5 year term with opportunities to extend. </span> <span style="color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 1)"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: "Segoe UI", sans-serif; background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 1)">Please express your interest here to ensure you are informed when the opportunity goes live</span></span> Keywords: Care Homes
