TU Dublin have entered into an additional contract with Out sourced client Solutions until the 1st of September 2022 to cater for cleaning services on their Tallaght campus. Due to an award notice not being published by the sourcing hub, we cannot publish a modification to contract, therefore a VEAT notice is being published. Lot 1: TU Dublin have entered into an additional contract with Out sourced client Solutions until the 1st of September 2022 to cater for cleaning services on their Tallaght campus. Originally when Tallaght Campus went to market for this requirement in 2015 through the EPS sourcing hub, they were unaware that they would become part of TU Dublin at original contract expiry date and would be required to aggregate their requirements with 2 additional campuses. A VEAT notice is being published as a contract award notice was not published by the sourcing body therefore a modification notice cannot be issued. Please note that a tender process was ran, evaluated and awarded in 2016 and a contract between Tallaght Campus and OCS was issued and signed. The Value stated is the maximum value of contract amount from 2016 - 2022. In order to align with city campus cleaning contract expiry date of September 2022, TU Dublin extended this contract until the 1st of September 2022. TU Dublin are currently in the process of going to market for a cleaning services contract for all 3 campuses which we hope to be in place by September 2022.
