Tracker Ref 258 Communal Emergency Lighting to 33 Blocks across the Borough

Tender description

Following recent surveys, 33 Council-owned blocks have been identified for the provision of emergency escape lighting, either because no emergency lighting is present on-site, or there is insufficient emergency lighting covering the identified escape routes. Communal light fittings will be replaced with LED lighting solutions, which improve efficiency and reduce energy bills for the Council. The installations will allow for remote monitoring and testing which will reduce the need for officers to undertake onsite surveys as often.
