Supply of Automated Patch Clamp

Tender description

This PIN is being published to alert the marketplace to a pending HSE procurement requirement. The HSE wishes to establish on behalf of National University Ireland Galway (NUIG), the number of Suppliers who have the capability and capacity for the supply of an Automated Patch Clamp for high throughput ion channel physiology, as of the date for return of responses to this PIN (i.e. 17/5/2022 @12:00hrs) Lot 1: The HSE intends to establish, on behalf of National University Ireland Galway (NUIG), the number of Supplier(s) who have the capability and/or capacity for the supply of an Automated Patch Clamp. If any Supplier considers itself to be a supplier of this product, the Supplier is requested to respond to this PIN and should do so my completing the attached PIN Response Form (Appendix 1) and reverting to the HSE via the eTenders messaging system. In the event that the marketplace reasonably demonstrates a number of Suppliers of this product (i.e. two or more), it is intended that the HSE together with NUIG will conduct an Open Tender Competition for this requirement. The HSE considers that in the event that only one Supplier demonstrates the capability and capacity to supply this product , then the HSE may reasonably conclude that the exemptions available under Article 32 2 (b) of Directive 2014/24/EU may be employed for the procurement of this product. All queries should be submitted via the eTenders messaging system. All completed PIN Response Forms (Appendix 1) must be submitted via eTenders messaging system no later the noon on 17/5/2022.
