Tender description

Direct Rail Services (DRS/NTS Rail) would like to sell 10 off Class 37 locomotives to the supply chain. DRS would like the buyer to lease all 10 locomotives back on a 2 to 3 year basis. DRS would like the buyer to provide a 'Wet' lease basis for the 10 locomotives.
