Tender description

The works will comprise of the removal of the exisintg space heating & domestic installations in blocks 1 & 2 at the Scoil Mhuire B&C, Derrybeg, Co. Donegal and the provision of new oil fired (condensing) space heating installations and domestic water installations in each block. The works comprise of the following removal of exisintg space heating and boiler plant, removal of domestic water services, new space heating & donestic water services including boiler plant, calorifier, domestic water storage tanks, distribution, partial replacement of sanitaryware, all necessary builders works, including trenching, making good externally & internally, local painting, painting of pipework, BEMS controlsl system with 1 common interface in school office & 2 seperaste plant rooms & all necessary electrical services
