Tender description
Autism services - support people who are living or affected by Autism Commissioned by ELFT to create a pilot post diagnosis service which will support anyone who has received a diagnosis of Autism. The individuals will receive up to 8 sessions of 1-2-1 from a dedicated support worker. - In addition, they run ‘hear me, see me’ campaign which is aimed at understanding the issues that the autisitc individuals face when accessing health services and supporting professionals to improve their practices. Social workers from LBC have signed up to attend.
