Renfrewshire Council is committed to providing a high standard of Bereavement Services to Renfrewshire communities and service users. The Council recognises the emotional and financial pressures placed on individuals and families during a time of bereavement and wishes to promote a fixed price, dignified and affordable funeral service which will be known as the Renfrewshire Council Respectful Funeral Service. This new scheme will be agreed with a number of Funeral Directors who are able to provide a Respectful Funeral package to members of the public at a cost below the National Average for a Burial. This agreement will be available to residents of Renfrewshire.
