PROVISION OF SUPPORTING PEOPLE WITH NEURODIVERSE NEEDS

Tender description

The aim of the service is to deliver on the following key objectives: • Pre-diagnosis support to children awaiting assessment, • Campaign to raise ADHD awareness for people from minority ethnic backgrounds. • Work to support the needs of caregivers. • Engage with 12 city schools to implement an ADHD friendly scheme. • Participation in project evaluation. To measure the impact of advice using on wellbeing a mental wellbeing scale [e.g. WEMWEBS]. To be mindful of different communities in Leicester and the barriers to access. To signpost people to appropriate subsequent services. To contribute to research about the impact of ADHD violence on mental health in Leicester. To evaluate the outcomes of support on the mental wellbeing of people with ADHD, their caregivers, and schools.
