Provision of Meeting Room Hire

GC Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint a number of providers to enter into a Framework Contract for the hire of meeting rooms in the Greater Manchester area as required by GC Business Growth Services. We require venues within the following post codes areas: - Postcode area 'M1', M2, M3 and M4 Providers must be able to offer both types of meeting space specified below a) Small Meeting Rooms (up to 4 people) b) Meeting Rooms (up to 20 people) The contract period will be for the period from the 1st June 2022 until the 30th September 2023 with an option, to extend for a further 6 months. The likely value of activity under this framework is estimated to be in the region of £50,000 excluding Vat The maximum value of this contract, including an extension cannot exceed £80,000 excluding Vat. However, GM Business Support Limited cannot guarantee this level of spend during the life of the contract.
