Provision of Management Development Training Programme

Tender description

<p>Bury Council has circa 440 managers and are seeking to adopt a mandatory programme of management development. It is anticipated that managers would attend in cohorts over a 3-year period, the exact approach and phasing of delivery would be agreed with the appointed providers and amended periodically based on feedback. The management development programme would assist the Council in its aim to achieve our vision of being a high performing organisation, where we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place. The programme will consist of 9 modules, 3 of which will be delivered in-house, Bids are invited from suitably qualified organisations for the 6 externally delivered modules with Bidders being able to apply for one or more of the lots. The contract is for the period from 1st September 2022 to 31st August 2024 with an option to extend for a further twelve-month period until 31st August 2025.
