North Ayrshire Council are publishing this annual cumulative Award Notice to reflect the spend against the spend against the Scotland Excel Framework for Organic Waste for the period commencing 1st April 2021 until 31st March 2022. This contract notice does not include any individual call-offs (mini-competitions or direct awards) above 50,000 GBP for supplies and services or 2,000,000 GBP for works for which an award notice would have been published at the time of award in accordance with The Public Contracts Regulation 2015. Lot 1: Food Waste The provision of services to receive, treat, reprocess and recycle of food waste only for to councils, associate members and other bodies participating in this procurement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations. Lot 2: Garden Waste The provision of services to receive, treat, reprocess and recycle of garden waste only for to councils, associate members and other bodies participating in this procurement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations. Lot 3: Co-Mingled Food and Garden Waste The provision of services to receive, treat, reprocess and recycle of co-mingled food and garden waste only for to councils, associate members and other bodies participating in this procurement, throughout the Scottish mainland and island locations.
