Tender description

A pavement improvement scheme comprising the rehabilitation of approximately 0.95km of pavement on the N69 National Secondary Road on the northern approach to Listowel Town in County Kerry. The N69 Traffic Calming and Enhanced Pedestrian Facilities presents the road safety element of the larger PMI (Pavement & Minor Improvement) scheme which entails the provision of a two-way shared cycle-footway, 2 no. controlled Zebra type pedestrian crossings, upgrade of existing Zebra crossing, buildouts for traffic calming, realignment of kerbs, reducing entry lanes on roundabout arms, realigning and widening splitter islands and the demolition and reconstruction of boundaries for two adjoining landowners.
