Tender description
The purpose of the project is to create business incubation units in South Denes, Great Yarmouth. The prior information notice relates to the provision of architectural services, RIBA Stages 1-6 for the first phase of three phases. Lot 1: Architectural Services, RIBA Stages 1-6 for the first phase of three phases. Additional information: The commission for this first phase will be up to RIBA Stage 6, awarded in stages. Additionally, the second and third phases will require to be considered at a strategic level during the RIBA Stage 2 design development work for this first phase.
