<p>At Gloucestershire County Council we are reviewing our Telecare services with a view to develop a Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Service that uses technology to reduce loneliness, isolation and supports the mental health and wellbeing of people and carers across the County.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a soft market testing exercise and not a call for competition.
