European Association for Sport Management Conference 2023

Tender description

The University have been successful in acquiring the rights to host the 2023 European Association for Sport Management (EASM) Conference. This conference focuses on the academic area of managing individuals and organisations involved the development, packaging, and sale of sport. The conference aims to attract 400-450 attendees to Belfast over a 3 day period between the 13th and 15th of September 2023. The successful tenderer is expected to facilitate the hosting of a 3-day conference that requires at a minimum, space for delegates to arrive and register for the duration of the conference and room bookings for up to 10 rooms for up to 30 delegates at peak capacity that also includes an exhibition space and/or a single conference room to host up to 450 delegates for keynotes with audio-visual facilities required and included in the tender.
