Tender description

We are doing a External Wall insulation scheme funded by a Green Homes Grant @1-56 Bradwell Close. Requirements under new Install framework PAS2035:2019 have had an impact on the delivery of the works to Bradwell Close. The four blocks have gas pipes running from the ground level up to the roof; under PAS2035, the insulation cladding needs to uniformly envelope the blocks including the surface beneath the gas pipes which needs to be relocated. Works are also required to replace all 56 Gas Metres
