<p>Bury Architectural Services are seeking competitive tenders from competent and experienced contractors to deliver the above scheme. To this end I enclose the following documentation for your consideration. Doc A Tender Invitation Letter Doc B Lift Specification Doc C Tender Return Forms Doc D Scope Drawing Doc E Blank Site Plans Doc F Contractors Questionnaire Doc G Contractors Social Value Doc H Pre-Construction H &amp; S Information Doc I Site Plan Doc Z Schedule of Amendments Only contractors with an office/yard within a travel distance of one hour will be considered for this tender because of call out purposes involved with it. All tendering contractors are to have an office/workshop base located no more than one hour away for the purpose of emergency call-outs. N.B The contractor&rsquo;s office administration centre/workshop is not to be a postal box address. The local authority will be (if required) permitted to verify the validity of contractors office /workshop premises prior to the contractor being appointed and the travelling time distance to the site.</p> Keywords: Lift Installation
