Tender description

To undertake a Public Satisfaction Survey of Wirral's Highway network. The NHT Public Satisfaction Survey collects public perspectives on, and satisfaction with, Highway and Transport Services in Local Authority areas nationally. It is national collaboration, comparison, knowledge sharing and the potential to improve efficiencies by the sharing of best practice. In addition membership of the NHT CQC Efficiency Network, the largest benchmarking organisation in the sector, provides sets of data which it uses to offer better like-for-like benchmarking of highways. The Network benchmarks the cost of carriageway maintenance and enables the Highway Sector to demonstrate value through Local Highway Authority spending.
