Tender description
WAN solution including the provision of new IP Connect UK access circuits at Paisley and Lanarkshire, each of which will terminate on a new router. Includes F2F Project Management, plus installation/provision (i.e. engineers will attend site to fit, configure, test and commission the routers). Managed Service elements: - Business Premium Care maintenance on IP Connect UK circuits and associated Routers; - Standard Incident Management; - Configuration Management: Archive & Restore of Router configurations; - Project Managed Install, including face-to-face Project Manager.
