Tender description

It is intended to provide a new bulk LPG Gas storage compound to serve the entire heating requirements of the school complex to replace the existing 5000 litre Double skin PVC oil storage tank, and to provide a complete new LPG gas fired boiler house installation in the original 1940’s main school building with new external access to the boiler house, including a 2 number new wall hung condensing LPG Gas fired boilers, stainless steel flue, flow and return headers, retain the existing hot water cylinder, isolation and control valves, circulating pumps, cold feed and expansion tank, thermostatic and frost protection controls, etc. It will also be necessary to replace the existing oil fired boiler in the 1980’s boiler house, and to provide a new LPG gas burner to the existing boiler in the 2007 boiler house, complete with all associated LPG Gas pipework, gas safety detection /isolation systems, etc., including all associated electrical works and builders attendances, etc.
