Tender description

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is the owner and operator of The Courtyard Theatre, Newtownabbey, The Old Courthouse Theatre, Antrim, Clotworthy House and Antrim Castle Gardens, Antrim, The Gateway Visitor Centre, and the Theatre at the Mill situated on the site of the sensitively restored Mossley Mill and part of the Civic Complex. The three theatres Clotworthy House at Antrim Castle Gardens, and The Gateway Visitor Centre all enjoy a wide variety of performances, workshops, crafts, classes, and other events. The Council is seeking a suitable box office and ticketing system, which will facilitate a high-quality ticket sales service to customers and potential customers of all venues. The system must also meet the required audit and management information needs of the management. These include providing a detailed audit trail of all transactions, including deleted transactions; a secure daily cashing up procedure, and provide a suite of wide ranging and detailed financial reports.
