Replacement of exisitng heating services to entire school including removals of exisitng heating services, pipework, emitters, plant etc, removal of electrical services, degassing of exisitng oil tank, disposal of redundant plant from site. Newe multi zoned space heating system consisting of 2 pipe distribution with heat emitters & local controls. New LPG condensing boiler plant form new gas compound serving new distribution headers in plant room. Replacement of 2 No DHWS calorifiers. BEMS control ssytem with remote control facilty, all electrical works assocaited, all builders works assocaited with works including, but not limited to painting of pipework trenching, making good & local redecoration
