Soft Market Test - Telephony System for use with Manage Office Spaces

<p>Rochdale Borough Council currently operate several managed office spaces for use by third party companies and individuals. Telephony costs are provided and recharged back to the organisation using these facilities. The current provision (Panasonix) at Globe House is coming to end of life and in need of replacement. It is hoped that whatever solution is sourced could be rolled out across all current and future managed office spaces. We would like to engage the market to determine what options are available to the Council to facilitate this service whilst providing flexibility of approach, adaptability for our end users and easier management and operational reporting. The Soft Market Test is intended to allow interested organisations with relevant experience to outline their views and provide information with no commitment to themselves or Rochdale Borough Council. Interested suppliers are required to complete the attached company information form and a short questionnaire (at appendix 1).
