Tender description
<p>The Authority requires a suitably qualified Principal Contractor to carry out repairs and replacement of Windows at High Borrans in Cumbria. The successful Bidder will be acting in the capacity of Principal Contractor. The tender opportunity is being presented as 1 of 2 options for the remediation and replacement of the properties windows. Following tender submissions, after evaluation, the Authority’s client will make the commercial decision on how to proceed based upon the results of the evaluation and which of those represent best value to the organisation both in terms of capital costs and lifecycle costs including being subject to planning permission. Contract Duration - The Contract is due to commence in July, the work is due to be completed before the 31st August 2022. The Authority will work with the successful Principal Contractor (the Contractor) to agree the final dates. Award Criteria -The full detail's of the award criteria are included in the Tender Documents The Tender documents are available to download once interested bidders have registered an interest in the opportunity, refer to the guide to access the Tender documents when registering an interest. Tender documents must be fully completed and returned in this NEPO Portal by the deadline stated. The Successfully awarded Contractor will be required to work together with North Tyneside Council (the Authority) to drive improvements and support the aims and ambitions of the Contract.
