The end date is the 30th May 2024 with the right to extend the contract by an additional 12 months. Amendment No. 2 - New and updated supplier questionnaire (SQ) prepared for access and completion with the inclusion of an additional question within section 5.2.1 of the SQ. Provision of legal services covering various aspects of the Xlinks Morocco-UK Power Project (Project), including advice on project structure and project and financing documents, legal requirements along the cable route, property, permitting and environmental matters and regulatory and corporate governance matters. The contracts will cover the period until achievement of financial close and completion of post close administration and conditions subsequent.
