United Utilities is currently undertaking the market research/pre-market engagement and would be interested in hearing from suppliers who are able to provide a High Court Enforcement/Bailiffs Service to recover outstanding charges from a segment of household customer base. United Utilities will then use this information to help determine the overall approach and future strategy in relation to upcoming tender. Any subsequently procurement will advertised at a later date with a separate notice. Lot 1: United Utilities (UU) is inviting bidders to participate in this Periodic Indicative Notice for the provision of High Court Enforcement/Bailiffs Services and the powers that they have, to recover outstanding charges from a segment of its Household customer base. United Utilities typically places between 2,000 and 5,000 Household customer accounts through a High Court Enforcement Collections Strategy on an annual basis.
