Choice Housing Ireland wishes to engage a contractor to provide fire protection works to Pairc na Greine, Dublin. Pairc na Greine is comprised of 2 nr four-storey concrete frame apartment blocks over a shared basement car park and a mixture of masonry and stud internally. The proposed scheme comprises of fire protection works to the basement and ground floor. The Contractor is required to carry out the Works in accordance with and as detailed in the information as contained in the Contract Data and all other ITT documentation as included in the ITT package. Lot 242569: PRN2223 Mill Lane Navan Fire Safety Protection Works Choice Housing Ireland on behalf of Oaklee Housing wishes to engage a contractor to provide fire protection upgrade works to the Mill Lane Court apartments, Navan. Works will generally involve the upgrade of the internal load bearing walls and to apartments with attic spaces to achieve required fire resistances. The Contractor is required to carry out the Works in accordance with and as detailed in the information as contained in the Contract Data and all other ITT documentation as included.
