PRN2223 Mill Lane Navan Fire Safety Protection Works

Tender description

Choice Housing Ireland on behalf of Oaklee Housing wishes to engage a contractor to provide fire protection upgrade works to the Mill Lane Court apartments, Navan. Works will generally involve the upgrade of the internal load bearing walls and to apartments with attic spaces to achieve required fire resistances. The Contractor is required to carry out the Works in accordance with and as detailed in the information as contained in the Contract Data and all other ITT documentation as included in the ITT package. Please note that the timeline for submissions has been reduced to 15 days in accordance with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 27(5) due to the urgent nature of the required works.
