The Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership (EHSCP) would like to test the marketplace for a Young Onset Dementia Day Opportunities Service within the City of Edinburgh boundaries. Young onset dementia day opportunities service is a specialist service for people under the age of 65 who have a diagnosis of dementia. The service also supports the families, carers and friends of those diagnosed. Lot 1: The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to test the market capacity and level of expertise to deliver this service.
