Market Engagement - Independent Learning Responses Framework

Tender description

NHS England in collaboration with EoE NHS CPH is seeking to establish a new framework agreement for Independent Learning Responses which improves and will replace the Independent Investigations Framework. It is intended that the framework will be reopened every 2 years, to allow new entrants to bid for an opportunity on the framework. The Framework aims to allow niche suppliers access, and will allow direct award and mini-competitions that are more relevant to Contracting Authority's needs. The market is not classed as limited. We will be adding SSV into the framework evaluation at 10%.
