Norfolk County Council (the Council), in collaboration with Norwich City Football Club (NCFC), has a requirement to arrange two sets of road closures in the vicinity of Norwich City Football Ground on Carrow Road. This is necessary for all NCFC first team home games, and other significant events. The Council is looking to appoint a single supplier to provide traffic management (road closures) for Norwich City Football Club competitive matches and other major events.
