Tender description
LHA currently contracts with an external provider to supply IT hardware and infrastructure support services and this contract comes to an end in March 2022. Support of the existing telephony system is provided by another provider. LHA is looking to combine its IT infrastructure and telephony solution supported by the same supplier, therefore, is looking to appoint a single supplier via a single contract to provide ongoing support as detailed within this document.
