Tender description

River Clyde Homes are looking to procure an experienced and competent company to provide a Human Resource Management Solution. River Clyde Homes requires to procure the services of an experienced and competent company to provide a Human Resources Solution. RCH currently have 320 staff members who would need access to the system. A detailed specification for the solution that is required is provided at Appendix E. This should be read and fully understood before submitting a tender response. The solution must be in place and operational by 1st May 2022. The appointment will initially be for a period of four years, with an option to extend for up to a further three, 12-month periods, subject to contract performance and the agreement of the successful bidder. Due to the specialist nature of the service, bidders are requested to provide their own proposed terms and conditions of contract with their tender response. RCH’s Legal Team will have to ensure that they are satisfied with the terms put forward by the preferred bidder before any formal contract is signed up to. Interested parties must first evidence to River Clyde Homes via the SPD that they have the requisite technical capacity, and experience to undertake works of this nature before they will be taken forward to the full tender evaluation.
