Tender description
Open to Jersey Registered Business Only. The Regulation Directorate under the Government Plan 2022-2025 were awarded two growth bids for the purposes of Brexit and Regulatory Improvement, and currently we have 45 posts either in active recruitment or vacant. This is an exceptional level of recruitment and managers are unable to provide the resources needed to recruit, onboard and train this level of personnel at the same time, manage existing teams and continue to provide critical services for the Island. The project is to develop and assist with a programme of recruitment, onboarding and training for these new recruitments and to work in conjunction with managers to support the new recruits into employment with the regulation Directorate.
