Tender description
Dumfries & Galloway Council are looking for a flexible keyless booking platform that allows us to maximise our Fleet vehicle utilisation and improve safety and security for the driver. The platform must combine real time tracking and diagnostics with driver verification and license checks and provide a Fleet Management system with detailed suite of reporting with the ability to customise. The booking platform needs to be easy to use for drivers along with a dedicated customer support team that is available 24hrs a day for platform users to contact for help.
