Offaly County Council seek to procure and appoint Engineering Consultancy Services in order to Design, Tender and Award the Birr Distributor Road Scheme. The Project has received Part 8 Planning Approval in 2020. The objective of the proposed Road Scheme is to create a road link between the Tullamore Road (N52) at Woodlands and the Birr to Banagher Road at Cappaneale (R439), Birr, Co. Offaly.
