<p>Kent County Council are looking to commission an organisation who can deliver a creative and intensive support delivery model in Maidstone and Tonbridge and Malling areas. This service should be available to young people who are known to the criminal justice system or are at risk of becoming involved with the criminal justice system, to help them develop skills, experience and resilience to access training and employment opportunities. The target age group for this support is 14 &ndash; 24 years old. The organisation should work solely with Young People who have either a Community Order, a Statutory Order or are identified as at risk of engaging in criminal activities. The delivery model should include providing work opportunities for this complex group of young people. We are looking for a service to identify and offer an accredited pathway to full time employment, education or training, in order for young people to reach their potential and to desist from offending and inspire the young people to identify their strengths and encourage them to have realistic aspirations for their future.</p> Keywords: Support for Young People
