Thirteen is seeking to gain insights from three groups of 'missing' potential customer groups defined based on the ACORN classifications (3I, 3J and 4L). It will test existing and new products and services with these groups to inform its product-market strategy. For full strategic insight, STO Consulting has recommended a rounded project that includes secondary and primary research and qualitative and quantitative techniques comprised as follows: • Statistics gathering and analysis. • Secondary (desk) research. • Survey planning and delivery (Door-to-door personal interviewing). • Analysis, interpretation, and reporting. • Strategic options consideration and final recommendations. • Use of the survey to invite opt-in to focus groups for more detailed product concept testing and message and communications testing. This could be done within the existing timeframe or thereafter depending on your preference.
