CULTURE & LEISURE CATERING SITE CONCESSIONS CONTRACTS 2022 - 3 YEAR TERM

Tender description

The Council is seeking to award two catering concession contracts for mobile units which can include hot and cold food and drink provision and/ or the sale of ice-cream and one contract which is for ice-cream sales only. The mobile concession units would be expected to start week commencing Monday 18th July 2022 and to be operating with a 3-year concession term until July 2025. The site details for the MOBILE CONCESSION UNITS are as follows: a. Portsdown Hill Road, South Side, Viewpoint Car park (A8501) Ice Cream Sales only b. Great Salterns Golf Course, Corner of Dundas Lane and Quartermaine Road Suppliers can bid for one or more sites. Set out below is the proposed procurement timetable. This is intended as a guide only and whilst the Council does not intend to depart from the timetable, it reserves the right to do so. Should the return deadline date change, all suppliers will be informed of this via Intend. Deadline for requests for clarification Friday 27th May 2022 at 12:00 Quotation return DEADLINE Wednesday 1st June 2022 at 12:00 Evaluation of returns completed by Wednesday 8th June 2022 Contracts awarded from Friday 10th June 2022
