Coordination and delivery of Reuse Month 2022

The Connacht Ulster Regional Waste Management Office on behalf of the 3 regional waste management offices, namely, Connacht Ulster, Eastern Midlands and Southern Region is seeking to engage a company or organisation who will develop and co-ordinate the citizen awareness & engagement campaign Reuse Month 2022. This campaign will promote reuse, repair, refurbishment, upcycling and up-styling amongst Irish citizens and build on Reuse Month activities undertaken in previous years. Outputs will include the development of a Reuse Month 2022 strategy, a suite of assets that will promote Reuse Month and distribution and circulation in a manner that will encourage activity and engagement throughout Reuse Month 2022 and beyond. To engage with the citizen, it will be necessary to: ● Coordinate and develop Reuse Month 2022; ● Agree themes for Reuse Month 2022; ● Explain Reuse Month in the context of potentially restricted public movements (if necessary); ● Coordinate and develop new content /update materials where relevant; ● Provide virtual component content and structure; ● Promote Reuse Month locally, regionally and nationally; ● Promote reuse and repair businesses and enterprises; ● Liaise with Local Authorities; ● Deliver 3 flagship Reuse Month events (1 per region); ● Raise the profile of the national campaign through enhanced engagement with local, regional and national press. Consideration will be given to the public health situation which may impact deliverables during autumn 2022 and beyond. Any deliverables should be delivered to the Connacht Ulster, Eastern Midlands and Southern Region waste management offices, physically or virtually. No options apply.
