Tender description

The past two years have brought into even sharper focus the importance of building and maintaining strong working relationships with the independent providers across Hampshire. This service has been designed to build on the partnership arrangements between the County Council and Hampshire Care Association (HCA) with the aim of further understanding, shaping and improving the Hampshire Care Provider market. Through this arrangement, the County Council and HCA are seeking to develop a greater understanding and insight into the new challenges that affect market dynamics and support any new opportunities, the Council aims to work collaboratively with HCA to help shape the market to meet future demands, developing improved networks, new ways of working and innovative uses of new and existing technological options. This contract has been award on a 1 + 1 basis.
