Better Care Stronger Communities Commissioning Engagement Event

<p>One of the ways South Gloucestershire Council supports local voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations is through Better Care Stronger Communities (BCSC) Funding. Since 2015, the BCSC funding has supported voluntary sector partners to support positive outcomes for people, mainly around reducing isolation and loneliness and supporting long term health conditions. We are recommissioning the Better Care Stronger Communities funding for April 2023 and as part of this process are carrying out a review of the existing contracts we commission and undertaking a needs assessment to ensure resources are prioritised to meet needs in line with the Council Plan. Alongside this we are reviewing and updating the outcomes framework. We would like to invite our existing VCS partners and other VCS organisations in South Gloucestershire to attend an Engagement event.
