Tender description

The COL is seeking proposals from housing, homelessness, refugee, or resettlement organisations to deliver intensive one-one targeted support, family support and group work for a period of three to four months. The COL is seeking an organisation with relevant experience and expertise to provide targeted support and workshops. The purpose of this would be to create conditions for move-on support, to understand their options, reduce property offer refusals, and empower families to source their own privately rented accommodation. The Service Provider will work closely with guests to help them understand the Private Rented Sector and their responsibilities for utilities, housing benefits, food and rent payments in both council matched and private rented accommodation. The service provider will work in a collaborative way with COL and its partners and advocacy services. Throughout the contract, the Service Provider shall ensure suitable interpreting services are available for Pashto and Dari. The ceiling for this service is £100,000 for three to four months delivery. Delivery is expected to be completed by 30th September 2022.
