<p>Cheshire East Council is a unitary authority with approximately 3,500 staff with three main staff locations in Sandbach, Crewe and Macclesfield. The workforce is divided into four Directorates, Childrens Services, Adults, Public Health and Integration, Place and Corporate. This contract is to develop a number of staff engagement pulse surveys to gather the views of Cheshire East Council employees. Each survey will be themed to garner staff views on topics relevant at the time, The findings will be used to inform future working practices, strategic priorities and its workforce culture.</p> Keywords: Online, Engagement, Survey, Feedback
