£150 council tax energy rebate standard and discretionary schemes

Tender description

To fulfill the payments of £150 under the standard energy rebate scheme to qualifying households and payments to made in accordance with the discretionary energy rebate scheme. The service will be required to provide an application portal for households to apply for the rebate; verify the bank details provided; that the households do qualify; provide payment files to be integrated into the council's finance system to effect payment; provide reporting in line with government requirements to enable completion of monthly returns and pre and post assurance evidence for rebates paid.
