Tender description
Wicklow County Council is seeking to appoint end to end event management services for the operation of a day and evening festival stage outdoors at a site in Arklow County Wicklow. The day time events are for Cruinniu na nOg, the evening time events are part of the LLPSS Programme in Wicklow. The services requried include provision of tented structure, EMP, TMP all stewarding, barrier, sound installation and technical services. Marketing services also desired for these events as part of tender submission. The fixed date for these services is for site operation on June 11th from 12 noon - 10.30pm. All installation and take down can happen on the same day or prior/afterwards.
